COMMENTS This VAX workstation will only run either OpenVMS or NetBSD. It doesn't run ULTRIX. Running OpenVMS 6.1 / 7.3 + DECWindows/Motif  actually feels fast, it's the fastest VAX I have ever seen.

History and other comments

I bought this VAXstation on auction in October 2007, from Austria. It's one of the fastest VAXstations you can get. Mine used to be a database server, running DEC RDB, relational database software from DEC.

If you remove the cover and the disk / CDROM brackets in a VAXstation M90A, this is what you may find:
